<p>Some of the fruits that are great in shakes include:</p>
<ul>
<li>Cherries</li>
<li>Blueberries</li>
<li>Blackberries</li>
<li>Strawberries</li>
<li>Peach</li>
<li>Apricot</li>
<li>Pear</li>
</ul>
<p>Be free to experiment because simply adding cherries to the chocolate shake instantly makes a Cherry Ripe shake.</p>
<p>Remember though that most berries are high in sugar so use them sparingly.</p>
