Isagenix and Exercise – Starting Out

You may have been told that you can still loose weight using Isagenix without exercise. Although this is true, you will get much better results if you include some light exercise, especially at the beginning of the program.
Not only will this allow you to break some of your eating habits, it will have a positive emotional effect.
Doing exercise releases the happy hormones in the brain, the sames ones produced when eating chocolate. When people are happy, they generally eat less.
As well as having a psychological effect, exercise of course has a physical effect. Even walking 30min each day will be of benefit and will increase your ability to metabolise foods, increase your resting metabolic rate and improve your aerobic capacity.
If you have never exercised, just start by walking around the block for 15min twice a day. Take the dog, your partner or both for a walk with you.
There is no need for a gym membership, you are better off getting out into the fresh air and seeing your neighbourhood.
